Do you need a wedding photographer in Oxford?

Oxfordshire is often referred to as the Gateway to the Cotswolds and its central city, Oxford, is known as the City of Spires. The beautiful city of Oxford and its surrounding countryside has plenty to offer.

Situated only about 40 minutes away from Cheltenham, both Oxford and its borders are right on my doorstep. It’s also got great access for guests arriving from far and wide.

I have photographed some truly stunning weddings in the chapels of the university colleges, which in itself makes a stunning backdrop. There are the textures and detail of the building’s construction and not to forget the amazing light as it filters through the stained-glass windows.

Oxford is famous for punting on the River Thames and wedding photos taken whilst punting can be super romantic if you are feeling a little adventurous, like a little fun and love a lot of “WOW”.

I am dedicated to building a relationship as your wedding photographer. The couples that I work with receive a personal and unique service, with my care for them and their day truly coming across in the photographs.

Every couple and every wedding is different, as should the photos and the memories. By capturing shots with a journalistic approach, a story is told that depicts the true magic of the day. A story that is unique and special, not simply a generic repetition of any other wedding.

I’ll be there right at the beginning, the end and everywhere in between to ensure that all moments of the day are covered, no bridal preparation, cake cutting or first dance will be missed.

It is important for couples to take away memories of their loved ones who have joined them for their celebrations so I will veer away from my documentary style when necessary to capture those group shots.

We can also capture your Oxfordshire wedding on video. Sandra, my wife, is able to film highlights of your wedding day in high definition if you require coverage away from stills. We will capture key moments throughout the day to enhance the memory.
